About me.

My name is Josh Atterberry. I’ve spent my career inside hospitality, ad agencies, and enough tech to know what actually helps and what just gets in the way.

I’ve worked with more than 50+ restaurants, bars, and boutique hotel venues, from behind the bar to brand and marketing roles, helping operators think more clearly about how guests decide and why they return.

If that sounds familiar, it should.

That’s hospitality.

In agencies, I learned how people actually look at things... where their eyes go, where they stop, and where they drop off completely. I learned how layout, hierarchy, tone, and restraint shape trust, and how the smallest details quietly decide whether work gets noticed or ignored.

Then came the tech side. Platforms, data, tools, and systems built to explain human behavior at scale. Useful stuff, powerful stuff, and also very easy to overcomplicate.

And somehow, every road led back to hospitality. Because restaurants and hotels are where all of this collides:

  • Brand meets behavior
  • Operations meet perception
  • Technology meets real humans on real nights with real expectations

Hospitality doesn’t give you a grace period.
If something doesn’t work, you feel it on the floor that night.

That’s why I’m here.
